Sharon Simmons
With over 15 years in the industry Sharon is very passionate about helping people. Sharon is a mother of one and understands the difficulties of getting back to a healthy lifestyle and exercise regime after having a baby.
Sharon has always participated in numerous sporting activities, including touch football, swimming, athletics, Oz tag (State & Aust. team), marathons, and most recently, kick bike racing, where she competes from social to state (hold Aust. records) and Represented Australia in the World Championships where she is the World Champion in her age category.
Sharon is more than a personal trainer, she is a genuinely caring person who really listens to her clients and tailor makes her sessions to suit their temperaments and personalities. She knows when to push you further and when to back off, when you’re bluffing and when you’re ready to go that little bit further, she knows how to get the very best out of you!

Andrew James
Andrew has been working as a Personal Trainer for the past nine years, both in Australia and overseas. Currently studying an undergraduate degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Andrew understands the importance of having a stable, mobile and strong body, which is the foundation of his programming for his clients. If your goal is to move freely, be pain free, feel better, lose a bit of fat… then getting stronger is the answer.

Jay Osborne
I’m an athletic trainer who has worked with numerous athletes and non- athletes to help them achieve peak physical performance and develop skills.
Progression is something everyone strives for one point or another, otherwise why would you be reading this right?

I have been in the fitness industry for 30 years, I am also a competing athlete in the INBA (International Body Building Association). Where last year I came second in the world cup ‘Mens Classic Physique’.
